Scott joined the firm in 2000 as a Financial Services Associate and was promoted to a Senior Planner in 2004. Mr. Rendle is responsible for several areas of the financial planning process, including the preparation and presentation of financial plans. Scott manages client relationships, including conducting regular client review meetings, analyzing financial decisions and opportunities, and fielding day-to-day client questions.

Scott lives in Grove City with his wife Rachel, their children Nicholas, Matthew, and Lauren. He is an enthusiastic Ohio State fan and an avid golfer. Scott also enjoys reading, movies, and spending time with family and friends.

Kathy joined the firm in 2002 as a Financial Services Associate and was promoted to a Senior Planner in 2004. Mrs. Kincaid develops and maintains all aspects of client relationships, including financial planning development, investment management, conducting review meetings, and fielding day-to-day client questions.

Kathy is a passionate Ohio State football and Columbus Blue Jackets fan, and enjoys spending free time with friends and family. Kathy lives in Dublin with her husband Rob, two children Maddie and Elliott, and their Labrador Retriever, Luna.

Sandy joined the firm in 2005 to fulfill the role of Executive Assistant. Sandy excels in her role by greeting every guest whether on the phone or in person with a shining smile and bright attitude.  She also provides support for our staff, maintains daily office operations, and serves as a planner for Waller Financial’s client appreciation and staff events. Sandy spearheads the firm’s Make a Difference Day.

Sandy and her husband, John, and their adopted pit bull, Ruger reside in Galloway, OH, where they continue to embrace their empty nest. Nearly two years have passed since they purchased their RV, named Tudie and their VW Convertible Beetle, named Harry to tow behind. They are weekend warriors, which includes Ruger visiting State Parks. They venture out of the state when they have long weekends and or when they take additional time. Last year they took a trip out West visiting the Grand Canyon and additional National Parks. This year Sandy and John will take another trip out West to move their oldest daughter from Memphis, TN to Denver, CO where she has accepted a teaching position. Their youngest, Dalton has been working fulltime with a nonprofit technical corporation as an Accountant here in Columbus where he is doing phenomenal work, and is still pursuing his musical talents with playing marimba, volunteering and camping with the family. Sandy enjoys “dating” her husband, which now includes trips to the dog park and spending time with friends and family all while practicing for retirement RVing across the U.S.

Emily joined the firm in 2012 as a Financial Services Assistant. Her 23 years of experience supporting financial services in the areas of Securities, Insurance and Compliance in Ohio and Pennsylvania adds valuable breadth to the firm. In her role, Emily assists in operations, provides support to our financial planners and delivers exemplary customer service.

Outside of the office, Emily enjoys participating in her local movie club, bike riding, outdoor activities and volunteering. At St. Paul the Apostle Church, she assists in facilitating the Come Home program. Emily resides in Dublin and has one son, Alec, who works as a custom design engineer in the medical industry in the Denver/Boulder, CO area. Emily’s favorite vacation was a 10-day trip to Greece with her son in May 2015.

Mary Sue joined the firm in 2012 as a Financial Services Assistant. With over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, she brings an array of skill sets to the firm. In her role, Mary Sue will support the firm through assisting operations, providing support to our financial planners, and delivering exemplary customer service. The opportunity to align Mary Sue’s commitment to service with her profession attracted her to the financial services.

Mary Sue resides in Worthington and is a proud parent of three children. In her free time, Mary Sue enjoys reading and volunteering.
